The fastest 0-60 car, using ICE, not a jet, is 2.4, by a Dauer. The highest top speed, by any non jet car, is the Saleen S7, and yes, it can be bought. It tops out around 260.

Koenigzegg is the fastest i resently watched it on a tv show and it broke down lol but bugatti claimed its veyron can do 253 or 254 not sure something kwl, anyway thats not out for 2 years . ps: no sayin that the mclaren f1 is slow cus it still rules and no sayin that the koenigzegg is slower than that callaway, it is, but the callaway not a production car cus den if we wernt talkin production cars we could be callin out all f1, indy and la mans cars.
